Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, due to hygiene reasons.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the return process.
Return Process
When your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Returns sent without prior contact with our customer service will not be processed and will be automatically returned to the sender. All returns must be shipped directly to our registered return address (door delivery).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer service before returning your product.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the item value exceeds 750 SEK, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you received free shipping on your order, our original shipping cost (USD 4.99) will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
