Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the time your order is processed. While we do our best to stick to this estimate, please understand that delays can occasionally happen due to holidays, weekends, or unexpected shipping issues. We truly appreciate your patience! By completing your purchase, you agree to these shipping terms.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can easily track your package in real time on our Track Your Order page using your email, order number, or phone number.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we work with leading logistics companies, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment cannot be delivered, a handling and reshipping fee of $4.99 USD will be charged.

Address changes can only be made before the order has left our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to change the address.

If your package has already been shipped and is returned to us — and you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping — a shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be deducted from your refund.
